All cakes are baked using quality and fresh ingredients, including free range eggs, real butter, couverture chocolate, quality cocoa, and the best seasonal and local produce available.  This guarantees that you get the highest quality cake.

Sculpted Cakes and Madhatters are done in the denser mud cakes only.

All cakes are covered in fondant.

Embark on Dark

Rich and moist dark chocolate mud cake, made with the finest Belgian dark couverture chocolate, and Belgian cocoa.  Filled and covered with exotic dark chocolate ganache.

Stick with Milk

Moist milk chocolate mud cake, made with Swiss premium couverture milk chocolate.  A real favourite with kids.  Filled and covered with milk chocolate ganache.

Delight in White

Moist and soft white chocolate mud cake, made with Swiss premium couverture white chocolate.  Filled and covered with white chocolate ganache.

White chocolate mud cake infused with coffee flavour.  Can be filled with choc mocha ganache.

Milk chocolate mud cake baked with Cherry Ripe pieces,. A favourite for Cherry Ripe chocolate lovers.

Citrus

A moist white chocolate mud cake, with a refreshing flavour of fresh oranges, lemons, and limes.

Raspberry

Moist white chocolate mud cake flavoured with raspberries.

Caramel

Delicious white chocolate mud cake infused with caramel flavour.

Lemon Poppyseed

Carrot Riot

This moist carrot cake makes a lovely, lighter alternative to a rich fruit cake.  It is baked with walnuts, rum-soaked sultanas, and coconut.  Then the cake is spiked with a fresh citrus syrup, which helps keep it moist and fruity.  This cake uses no dairy products, and is suitable for guests with a dairy intolerance.  Filled and covered with creamy smooth white chocolate ganache
